My vacation rental cabin is in Alta Sierra, near the start of JO.

I know construction was doing very well in Phoenix, Tucson, and beginning to amp up in Sierra Vista in 92-93.I believe I saw similar trends in other places in the southern teir, too, from Georgia west.

To suggest or infer that if OOSI didn't come in and buy these properties that they would somehow majestically be better taken care of and the quality of the blighted neighborhoods would improve is just silly.  

Great little sierra town that's at the entrance to the Lakes Basin recreation area.
