Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Sierra Madre.

Purchase price: $820,000
Sale price: $1,150,000

This is a beautiful 4 bedrooms, 4 baths home at the top of the Sierra Madre Hill next to Pasadena.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Great upside opportunity. Nice niche

How did you add value to the deal?

Add 735 sqf plus a total upgrate of the property

What was the outcome?

We had a beautiful home . We brough the size of the property from 2000 to 2735 sqf. We also added a rooftop deck above the car port with a glass railing.
