It was a deal in a market where deals are hard to find. A deal is better than no deal. Taking this experience as my Masters Program from the School of Hard Knocks

Added contemporary flooring, appliance, and kitchen countertops at a discount. Fixed holes in the walls and painted them. Fixed minor damages on roof, doorframe, and HVAC.
