Rich Dad Poor Dad implores to surround yourself with individuals who are smarter than yourself.

One thing that made me decide to take the plunge was guys like @Bill Gulley and a few others who always implore newbies to go ahead and get educated.I went and met with an agent at Keller Williams and yes they offer lots of post licensing education and training so I think I will go with them.

At some point, due to scaling, my liquid with dry up for cash purchases and I'd be forced to implore more creativity, however at present I'm comfortable with the traditional means of property acquisition.  

I encourage and even implore you to do your own research about LLCs, but it basically comes down to this.  1. 

Snow removal is slightly more (and does not include salting sidewalks and walkways, which costs $30 more per property per application).I attribute this gouging to a historically low unemployment rate in an area that already has very robust social and entitlement programs.And yes, @Anthony Wick, I implore you to move your business here. 

I implore you to look at the potential take-away value of the material provided in the highly recommended books and see if they can help you, your business, direction, finances, etc.  

I implore you to stop if so!  

Jori, I implore you to get out of that mindset. 

Almost all of my financial ambitions are tied up in real estate, generally, and I know that sales has the most long-term potential, so I implore you all.

However, if you really are thinking of quitting (vs. just sharing your frustrations), I'd implore you to remember why you got into real estate in the first place.
