If you have the fortitude to stick with it they will eventually cave because they are tried of getting calls from you

I'm not sure I have the fortitude for wholesaling :) but love that others do.

@Matthew Terry Sounds like a good plan, I would just caution that even if deals look good in far away places, make sure you have enough local knowledge, a good team in the area, and fortitude enough to make it work.

BP). 3) Crossing that finish line and reaching those real estate goals can be euphoric, because only you know the fortitude required to get to that point.

I was glad to not ride that roller coaster.I admire people with the fortitude to stick it out through the ups and downs.

Just because most people here don't have the fortitude to follow his ideas doesn't make it no smart. 

There are 11 million of them here, we are realistically not going to deport them all, we do not have the resources or fortitude to do that.  

Prove you have the ability to actually close, the ability to do it quickly, and the fortitude to actually do it.

I've considered a few properties in Windsor Park in the past, but haven't yet had the [courage, fortitude, confidence - pick your adjective] to move forward, at least partly due to the fact that there are a decent amount of vacant properties & sales comps are all over the place (what is the true market price?).
