Selling your franchise is what I would do if I am not energized by my business every morning and excited to compete with the other competitors that are opening up.

Those relevant issues, specifically, are:There has been a large supply of undervalued homes on the market; and one of the catalysts for the current increase in home values has been real estate investors buying those homes for any purpose - fix and flip, rentals, whatever - it takes them off the market, and as inventory turns it energizes the market.As activity increases in the undervalued inventory, that attracts more investors.

Even if the topic is something I will never pursue or can't relate to, I learn something, get a great book recommendation, and get energized to do more or better.

I was really down on my luck last week trying to find a buyer for my first wholesale property and then I read a great motivational book and I am feeling totally motivated and energized.  

If a hot bare wire came in contact with it, your not going to energize the water.

I love the excitement, it energizes me.

My party's nomination was wasted but my vote helped keep the margin of victory slim and others energized enough to keep the pressure on.

The first meeting is an opportunity to build momentum and to energize people so they come back next month.When you wrap up make sure you have a list of what people are interested in, who can help when there are organizational tasks and a promise that people will try to bring a friend along next month.John Corey
