Do you get energized by throwing your stack of cash on black and seeing what lady luck has for ya? 

We were welcomed by an energic guy and we were like 100 pple.

I am having a ton of fun just ideating and am so energized and excited by the next project.

Often what is spoken is to energize a target audience.

100% Understand.........I had 750 Tenants living in my MF Bldg's..........There are absolutely ways to get off the SFH treadmill, trading those assets in one shot and stepping into low-risk, single-tenant, 10+ year leased properties, backed by Nat'l Credit Tenants like FedEx, Amazon, UPS, and other solid companiesLooking for a better strategy, I combined my banking, real estate & Renewable Energy experience to develop the "Energized Real Estate" model. 

I can tell you when I started listening to the Mastermind calls, I was energized!

It energizes me for the rest of the day.

Also as a heads up, in the meantime before you get it replaced, if you're working on any outlets or anything in your home where you want to shut power down, just be aware that tripping the breakers may not actually de-energize the circuits!    

If your really energized, contact the groundskeeping/lawnservices in your area and tell them what your looking for.Forget your financial numbers/percentages. 

It would be great to hear from the community in terms of their opinion on turnkey vs. the specter of having to identify an out of state property, go through the purchase process, make it rent ready and then market for  a tenant.Regardless of how my foray into real estate investment pays out, it is always re-energizing to get on Bigger Pockets and absorb the wealth of knowledge available here.
