Got quoted $500 for bathtub and $1000 more for the tile around the bathroom.

The showers/bathtubs are a really odd blue color, but are in really good shape so I was leaning towards leaving them.

I removed the bathtub window during new siding, then tiled the whole wall inside.

I've seen faucets ripped out of bath tubs, insect infection, holes in walls, etc.

Now I notice it had some leaking in the 1st floor bathroom coming from the 2nd floor, which seller made it seem like it was small leak coming from alleged old bath tub.
