Purchase price: $65,000

Fix and Flip- Chicago South Side.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Location and simplicity of the remodel.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

How did you add value to the deal?

Remodeling the property- New kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, vinyl plank flooring on the first floor and carpet on the second floor. New bathrooms- Bath tub tile surround.
