Hi Pari, Second home loans are indeed available and can offer more favorable down payment and interest rate options compared to investment property loans.

It is a personality type.This is also why when I stay in hotels I choose Hilton properties so I can bypass talking to the front desk and use my phone to check-in and open the door.  

Just out of La Celle-St-Cloud, Paris the 'cottages' were on a small island & had thatched roofs & the buildings & gardens were very well kept.

Hilton Head has more golf courses per capita than anywhere else in the country.

A better arrangement would be, paying him an acquisition fee, a property management fee and then splitting profits pari-pasu to your capital contributions.
