I don’t remember the addresses, but one was a 100 year old duplex with major structural issues surrounding a central stairwell and the other was a 1950’s build with a block wall tuck under garage that was beginning to shift, causing issues throughout the house.

These houses are often tucked in neighborhoods of 3/2 houses that have great $150-200k comp prices and usually a few flipped houses to compare to.

Looking at a two unit apartment building, thats been completely remodeled. 5 yr old roof, new carpets, appliances,drywall and even the brick work outside has been completely tuck pointed.
