Looking for a Property Inspector - Duluth MN Superior WI multifam

I'm looking for a property inspector in the Duluth/Superior (Minnesota / Wisconsin) area. I've got an offer in on a 8-unit apartment building.

I was going to work with Jim James, but he's on vacation until 3/3. I'm hoping to close by 2/28. Does anyone know a good inspector around here that is available in the next week?

Jim James is a solid pick, I'd also recommend Rob Lietha.  If you have any major concerns jumping out at you I'd be happy to walk through or chat about it further with you.  We're a management company but also a licensed contractor and our team does quite a bit of work on the old structures up here.  Sounds like an exciting purchase!
