The comprehensive home inspection will take place next week, but preliminary accounts say that the home is in excellent condition and will need no repairs. 

This is just for my walkthrough to see how I feel about the property and targeting serious issues without the affirmation of a home inspection report; cracked foundation, holes in the house, broken windows, wet walls/floors/ceilings, wet crawlspace, etc.

Property will be inspected four days from now.  

I made sure to go to inspection prepared with prospective leases.

Negotiated $10K off the asking price at first and then once inspection occurred negotiated another $8K off purchase price and $7K in seller credit.

Well you would want an inspection before the purchase of the property to make sure nothing significant is wrong.

I am using home possible conventional and my offers includes - $3K above the highest offer up to where the cash on cash is lower the 10%, higher initial deposit $5K and higher inspection repair contegencie (anything above 15k) and quick closing.

When we need property access for an inspection or repair or when we need to hear back on a lease renewal offer or when we need to understand the status of a rent payment, silence is the biggest challenge.

Then conduct a property inspection to ensure everything is okay and no one is living there that's not on the lease. 

It was listed on the MLS and I made an offer but they did not accept it initially and went with another buyer, which they backed out after the inspection.
