Once I graduate college in spring 2018, perhaps.

I graduated in May of 2015 and spent months looking for a job, reluctantly I might add.

I'm graduating college in the Fall and was looking to purchase my first home!

My long term goal is to have 10-15 properties to provide passive income, and to be able to flip houses, go to college for whatever I feel like learning and being able to enjoy it and do it for me, not just a 9-5 career immediately after graduation, and to be able to travel and start having kids, and being able to devote my time and energy to what matters in this short life we have.I appreciate you all listening to my rant!

Is the plan to keep it as an Airbnb after your daughter graduates, or are you going to keep it as a LTR?

These people should ALL know that you are a Realtor.These will be a great FARM for you to cultivate as these students will soon be graduates, and then home buyers! 

Detroit is the only place in this country were 10-15% of the graduating class is heavy R&D and STEM the only other place in the country is Silicon Valley.

By way of background, I'm in the NY/NJ area and my parents were in the business (mother was a realtor, father was in construction) up until 2013,  and after graduating college I gravitated towards doing real estate myself.

I just graduated with my Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville (SIUE).
