College and Real Estate Agent
Good morning BP,
I recently got my real estate license over the summer and I am starting today. I have worked with contractors and developers over my high school career, but the transactions of real estate will be new to me. While trying to make money as a real estate agent, I am taking 15 hours in college. I have read books, blogs, and watched many videos on real estate investing and being a successful real estate agent. It seems all I read about getting started is to "just do it and start today." This is why I am starting in college. I am looking for other out there that have balance school or another and being a real estate agent before, and some tips of how to balance both. Besides that, any and all tips for a new realtor will be appreciated!
Thanks,
Sam

Hi @Sam Ferguson - Congrats on getting started! I'm actually in the middle of a blog post about this. Biggest tip to anyone who wants to get through college cheaply and quickly: CLEP tests. CLEP out of all of your gen ed classes. Find someone at your school who knows about this.
As soon as my blog post is finished, I'll send you the BP link.
Let me know if you have any questions.
(PS. We ran two businesses and were in college full-time. You really can do it!)
