Becoming Property Manager in FL

Does anyone know what the requirements are in Florida to start a property management company? I am a licensed sales associate and active with a local boutique realty company.

I'm looking into starting one down the road. Once I graduate college in spring 2018, perhaps. In the meantime I am considering helping mom and pop landlords with some of the day to day and errand running to get some experience.
