Even had a friend of his relist those properties and got thrown out again (they have picture recognition software supposedly, so, if you reuse the same picture they'll connect the dots) I've read of several other accounts that seem to be due to growing pains - having to hire a lot of new customer service people and they don't dig very deep into any dispute and will just terminate the hosts account.
