Is this the brilliant San Francisco method for sure fire RE success?

I am investing in San Bernardino county to be exact.

I have done wholesale deals here in Las Vegas, San Diego and in Phoenix.

But I usually put money behind my predictions These days so when I call something it’s not me drinking a few margaritas and San I think this is going to happen or that’s gonna happen I have hard earned cash on the line.Sounds funny when you say it like that I have a pretty big real estate portfolio for a guy with an eighth-grade education.

I wanted to get some opinions on this. I am tired throwing money away in rent out here in the bay area (~$2400/month for 1b/1b). I realized its all money lost and even if I found a good cash flow property out-of-state...

I'' also hoping to get up to San ignacio because I have a special love for the mountains.Another thing is that this is like the Keys with an reggae/Afro carribean vibe.
