mentoring really and unfortunately falls on the agents. i'm a member of LU so i know i speak from experience. and yes, i've lost a deal where the LU agent didn't return numerous calls on a property that i did NOT find thru LU but on my own. the listing agent mentioned that i had to use another agent to represent me, hence my call to the LU agent. also, i've been inquiring about a 4-plex that i found outside of LU. i've met with an LU agent and i've sent that person the listing. as of today, i have not heard back in regards to it. i sent a reminder email yesterday morning. my original email to that agent was sent August 2 and here we are August 9. and they're supposed to help with unlimited questions remember?
