Relocating to Cincinnati, looking for Multifamily Home

Hello All,

My name is Kristina Murray, and I am planning to relocate to the Cincinnati area from Los Angeles. I am looking to purchase a 2-4 Family Unit, with a max cost of 200k (FHA Loan). I am hoping to gain insights regarding different cash flowing neighborhoods, decent markets, and any other suggestions in regards to finding a multifamily home. This will be my first property and my first step in becoming a real-estate investor. I see that there is information from a year or two ago, but I just want to discuss any current changes, or suggestions in regards to the Cincinnati area.
