There are many paid mentorship programs out there, but you could also start attending more local meetups to see if you can build some organic relationships that way. 

It's one of my favorite strategies for house hacks and rentals here in the Denver area.

I have a property in Denver, CO springs and pueblo.

This is a condo in the Denver metro area that needs full rehab.

We wholesaled for some time, and when we moved into the multifamily space, we invested into joining mastermind groups, and attending networking events.

@Patricia ChamorroBelow are some tips to find a Local CPA that specializes in real estate1) Attend a Local REIA / Real Estate meetup and see who other investors are using as a CPA2) Network with other investors from your City/State that you find on bigger pockets and see who they use as a CPA3) Look for CPA's with good google/yelp reviews where 'real estate' is mentioned in the review.4) Verify that your CPA is licensed.

I would suggest getting a book like The House Hacking Strategy by Craig Curelop (I'm an agent with The FI Team headed by Craig here in Denver) to help you with that process.As far as managing your own rental, I go through Apartments.com.

Attending those meetings will give you the opportunity to either meet capital partners or meet other investors who may share with you their knowledge of private lenders in the area.
