I am not sure being highly leveraged is supposed to be part of the American dream but that is another story. 

I currently have properties under Berkshire and American Family and my personal stuff under another which has my personal umbrella.

The American Relief Act (in the senate now) does not have an eviction moratorium because it is being passed via budget reconciliation.
