We originally hoped to rent as a mid term rental in a smaller town with a hospital, but the market quickly became oversaturated for the small demand so we decided to shift to long term rentals on both sides.

Location, Location, Location not only helps set you up for success with your STR but will also pay off in the long run when you go to sell.

We have one vacation rental in Florida and a long term rental in Louisiana. 

Family goals: We are a family of 4 (2 kids), living in CA.
