Hi, Looking for a contractor that can walk a property with me and give me an idea of cost for renovation downtown Spartanburg.

Co-signer or not, if they don't have a job and can't get one quickly, the rent can't / won't be paid.Still may be a good idea to get a co-signer, but I'd put primary focus on employment history and bill paying habits as seen on credit report from when they were fully employed.

I also wanted to know if using the Zestimate (Zillows property estimate) is a safe way to get an idea of the ARV or if Zillow is even the right tool to be using.

I've tried convincing my wife to do Airbnb, to offset the $15-$25k annually that we would be paying for the condo, but she wants this place to be solely our home.Looking for any creative ideas from this community.. its hard for me to justify paying that much unless we're actually living there for a majority of the year

I am mainly focused in flipping houses, because I find myself to be detail oriented, professional, punctual, realistic and love the idea of making something "new again."

If you have enough cash flow coming in to sustain your current lifestyle, a job that gives you more time to market seems like a good idea.
