I'm green as they come when it pertains to real - estate.

I want to emphasize I am not requesting anyone in hear be our investor, just wondering if anyone in the Green Bay WI area know of resources to find these individuals.  

I picked up a copy of David Greene's "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing", but I was also wondering if anyone had any advice or experience with regards to investing out of the country that might not be covered in the book.  

(I know, I need to buy David Greene's book on How to Invest in Real Estate Long Distance).

Also, if each person has their Mexican green card you can open a bank account in Mexico and potentially apply for a loan in Mexico if you don't have all the cash for the purchase.

I purchased "The Flipping Blueprint" by Luke Weber, and "BRRRR" by David Greene to start me off. 

The two main north-south arteries running through the canyons were the Cañada de las Aguas Frias (Glen of the Cold Waters, now Coldwater Canyon) and Cañada de los Encinos (Glen of the Green Oaks, now Benedict Canyon).

David Greene may have written a slightly popular book on this subject...
