Hampton Roads VA House flipping
Hey guys, I'm Tijaina I reside in the Hampton Roads VA. I am new to real estate. Im currently a full time graphic design student at Norfolk State University, Part time Tattoo Artist and Im also a Navy Vet. I just got my LLC and My goal is to start on my first flip later this year. Do you guys have any advice when it comes to building Business Credit? I purchased "The Flipping Blueprint" by Luke Weber, and "BRRRR" by David Greene to start me off. I would like to know more information and have the ability the network and learn from people who have experience in Flipping houses and Wholesaling. I came across a few programs that offers to teach you like "Wifi Flipping Academy" and "Flipping Secret Mentoring" but wasn't sure if these were legit or just a scam. If you have any advice of tips that can point to the right direction can you please comment below.

I would suggest doing the training tracts on BP before you purchase any courses. The training is FREE right here! Establishing business credit is over rated. Until you have a million dollar a year business, you will have to personally guarantee anything you borrow anyways - unless you find a private money source. As someone who has flipped, wholesaled, and rented for the last 14 years, and can confidently say it is far easiest to buy to rent than it is to find something with enough equity to flip or wholesale in today's market. I'm not trying to be discouraging, but encouraging you to open your options to all areas of real estate investing.
