It doesn't seem right to me to charge $4000 on FF or Airbnb, then charge $6000-7000 to a placement agency when they want to book. 

It seems like STR meet-ups are just now beginning to take off, so you may want to consider starting one in your area. 

It seems like a town with a lot of opportunities.

@Mike Hern Hi Mike thank you for getting back to me. i did ask the person (a realtor who was at the auction who told me about that stuff after i had placed my bid) who ran the title search but they just wanted to make money it seemed cus when i went to ask them they said they dont know how to read it lol or tell me if i bid on a 1st loan or 2nd loan which was i even asked for it from her. how else can i know or should i run a title again thru a lawyer or title insurance company ?

Seems to me like the risk is getting smaller each year, meanwhile the upside is growing. 

I'm inclined to allow it, seems like a common request these days.

The Frank Gallineli book seems to have a good amount of financial information and will then be the next read for me as "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" seems a little more mindset based.

I'm basically looking for something that glazes over or goes in depth about how an investor can set themselves up with as many options as possible to go about buying, but I can't seem to find anything.

On the surface, it seems like it meets a lot of broad criteria for being a positive investment, including a positive cash flow at a currently high interest rate, but I don't want to miss on my first step into this.

Seems to cumbersome.
