I'm not sure if anyone has mention this idea. Has BP thought about putting together a real estate simulator or game, that would help in honing our real estate investing skills. Or, for the newbie, begin to help understand how creative real estate investing works.  I'm not thinking in terms of a board game, because there are limits to board games. I'm an online game.
