Renter wants to install a TV mount
My Renter of 2 years wants to install a TV mount for their flat screen over the fireplace. They are willing to have it professionally installed and leave the mount when they move out in 9 months. I'm inclined to allow it, seems like a common request these days. Is there anything else I should consider and/or document?

create an amendment to your lease agreement that requests all holes will be patched up at move out date and tenants are solely responsible for tv/mount will be properly installed. request for receipt/payment in the amendment. no biggie. i allow this all the time.
