Once I got out of the "gotta get a deal" mentality and just got up every morning with the thought, "Today I'm going to learn something new by just getting in there and doing it" I started to relax and just play with the process.

Hi Brandon, I attended the meeting at the Holiday Inn Cedar Bluff.

The downtown area has maintained a steady business portfolio and just outside of town in Union Township is a new Holiday Inn hotel, Sheet's Gas Station, and McDonald's.  

I'm trying to find deals locally but the market is red hot and very competitive here.I'm going to ramp up my efforts after the holidays and see what I can make happen.I've also started discussions with other investors out-of-state about potential partnerships as well.

I didn't even sleep at a Holiday Inn last night.That turned out longer than I intended... 

Looking for guidance regarding septic tanks:1- for those familiar with Tampa Bay area, are septic tanks common / expected in the Holiday, Port Richey, New Port Richey area?

A series of things happened: 1) the contractor who was going to do the work to fix some things up had an accident (and he was just going to do the work himself for a lower rate as a friend, so no back up) 2) I got pregnant and have been completely sick for the past couple months and couldn't do much and 3) the holidays have been very busy with visitors, so we have used the extra space to host.
