I was very pleased with my experience at the Knoxville REIA meeting last night. Thank you so much to @Victor Jernigan for presenting valuable information about rehabbing homes and other zip code specific advice for investors. I enjoyed networking with other investors and look forward to using the information moving forward. I would highly recommend you attend this meeting if you are getting started out in real estate.
