Newbie investor from Coeur d' Alene, Idaho!

Hello,

My name is Jean Jöstlein and I love real estate!!

We have been in real estate for over 20 years investing and managing residential and commercial properties in Illinois; we made the big move to northern Idaho a couple of years ago.

We are looking to our add to our commercial and agricultural properties ( -- commercial tenants are much easier to work with!) by flipping. 

Investigating getting my real estate license to fund said flipping/ investing--found I really enjoy sharing my wealth of experience with 1st time buyers and those looking to relocate. <Any input on this subject is welcome! 

I also have a landscape design background-- very helpful in curb appeal!

We have experience (too much!) rehabbing and looking to expand our investor network to include more like minded individuals in the Spokane/ Post Falls/ Coeur d' Alene/ Sandpoint/ Bonners Ferry areas. 

I found BiggerPockets through an internet/podcast search-- lots of information archived here I can't wait to explore!
