I expect more cancellations, but after our first reservation canceled, we almost immediately picked up another booking to take that place at a higher per night rate.  

I was just wondering before I dive deep into making this project if there isn't already something out there.

@Aisha Young I would advise you start talking to Property Managers to dive deeper into who can do what and where. 

Because of this I have had to move back home (Southern NH), and I think it would be the perfect time for me to dive deeper into real estate.

But, I'm still getting bookings that have filled some of the days left vacant because of my previous two cancellations, and for more per night than my previous guests had paid...maybe that means I was too low on my initial pricing.

I decided to get my license because I was into investing since I was about 17 and new that was the “big investment vehicle” and I wanted to learn as much about it as I could and saw that my high school had a night school class for adults for real estate and I went for it!

They said they would be issuing class B misdemeanors for every night they found guests in a property and claimed they would go door to door knocking and checking.

My wife thinks I have completely lost it as I have been up until about 4 A.M. the last 3 nights researching, listening, and watching all things self-storage.

I was already erring on the side of caution, but as of last night's order to shelter in place that pretty much made up my mind to halt the project.
