Primary Residence Remodel Plans During COVID-19

Hey BP Community,

Hope you are all staying healthy and well.

I'm set to begin a pretty extensive remodel on my primary residence where we'll be adding a bedroom, bathroom, and re-configuring the kitchen. This will require knocking down exterior walls. I know this is an unprecedented time that we're in, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on whether or not I should move forward at this time, or wait it out and re-evaluate in a few months. Official plans haven't been drawn up yet, so we're at least a few weeks out until actual construction will begin. Thanks in advance for all your advice. Stay safe, healthy, and keep your hands clean!

@Jim K. thanks for the advice and detail of possible scenarios. I was already erring on the side of caution, but as of last night's order to shelter in place that pretty much made up my mind to halt the project. Stay healthy and safe out there!
