. #2 is to read everything on BP, listen to the podcasts, buy some books, to get the education you need so  you can move forward and achieve your goals.

Would you recommend it as a strategy to have your energy more focused and reach your goals sooner? 

I would not have bought this to be a rental property, since the numbers don't make sense.The risk of renting it out is that the house condition continues to worsen faster than we can afford to fix it, or yet more problems are found.
