Even if you Googled "Trump University Fraud" you well see that even our elected President participated in it and yet Trump has self-promoted as a Real Estate Guru who can help the average person.

One constant is the demand for off campus housing, especially near major state universities.

I graduated from Cal State University, Northridge with a B.S. in Finance.

I'm a recent graduate of the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Economics, and I work as a global operations analyst.

The ignitor looked weak, so I replaced it with a universal I keep on hand.  

I am Lucky that I have a wife that has taken care of me for a half of a day and her boss has been so good that to us and has told her that she has to work there for a half day and work the other half day at home because she is a compuer programmer that has been supporting us and our daughter that is in college at the University of Arkansas that she is paying for because of her frugality and has been saving money for about 25 years.  

It is close to a couple small Universities and decent retail/food areas, so I could see it appealing to many different tenant types.
