Hello everyone, my name is Chris Alvarado and I am actively working as a residential real estate agent in Los Angeles. I graduated from Cal State University, Northridge with a B.S. in Finance. I currently am focused in the San Fernando Valley and North East Los Angeles markets, single family and multi family dwellings . How I came to learn about BiggerPockets was while on LinkedIn ..and I came to find out that the community on here was great!
