Hi everyone,

It's incredibly exciting and humbling to join this community to learn from all of you. My name is Allen and I recently moved to Santa Clara, CA.

I studied Industrial Operations Engineering at University of Michigan and graduated in 2012. I currently work at Apple as a Product Manager specifically in the iTunes space (e.g. App store, Apple Music, books, podcast, etc).

I personally haven't bought a home before in my life. As I prepare getting married next year and consider long term wealth creation, I naturally started paying more attention to real estate as an investment tool.

I'd love to participate in this community to learn more about what I need to make my first real estate as an investment tool and make sure I don't make any silly mistakes.

Thanks!
