there was cat pee and human odor throughout the house, the front door had been smashed in and it was without a security screen, the kitchen bench tiles were breaking off and the wood underneath was sinking in due to it constantly being wet and moulded out, the skirting boards were disgusting and the shower had so much soap scum that it took me 8 times with bleach and hard scrubbing to get it halfway decent followed by another 6 times to get it to where it was clean enough.

Most agents are very short sighted when it comes to their commissions, they do not look at a big picture...By giving you a commission discount, this agent will not spend any additional money or time involved with your listing, it is pretty clear..This agent is not taking into account your wholesale deals to them...I would have a conversation regarding how you feel and to see if it can be worked out...

First post here, awesome sight,I am interested in investing in the rental property business.I have used some tools from this sight and other internet research to form an LLC.I dont like the name that I used for the LLC, basically I used my last name enterprises LLC.

For example, if I click on a link that claims to be for "20 acres, wooded, with stream and spring, near Danville, VA" and get dumped onto the front page of the site of a broker who has offerings all over the SE, that is a borderline scam, and (worse) a colossal waste of my time.

For instance, painting properties before the wood is actually peeking through will keep the asset in good shape, seal the wood, and protect it from more expensive damage.
