5 day sale
Am planning to put my rental up for sale on a "5 Day sale" strategy, tweaking the parts a little. Instead of targetted advertising for 5 days, I will increase the time to 10 or 15 days, and use mostly free internet sites.
I hope to get recent comps and include them in the paperwork, and even a free assessment.
One of the "rules" of this strategy is that only people who have seen it themselves, or had a representative see it, can bid.
I don't know why that is. If I can drop that one, I will. (I bought my own house sight unseen.)
Have any of you used this technique, or know anything about it?
any suggestions?
