It's hard to beat the ability to be your own bank, and profit off of all your regular banking. 

Markets are different all over the world, I'd suggest finding some agents in that country that regularly work with foreign investors and just start talking with them and explain what you're trying to do.

I am also hosting a happy hour on June 10th from 5-7 at Improper City in Denver.

How would I approach the seller into me co-hosting his property for 6 months instead of selling it and what would be a fair plan to make it worth it for both us.  

So how should I approach him in letting me co-host his house and what percentage would be fair for both of us.

I spoke to a few lawyers who suggested, quite adamantly, that I need a full contract of sale and a regular transfer.

I am starting hosting in Airbnb for listing rental properties for accommodation.

I am semi-retired and living off my assets, but my lack of regular income excludes me from refinancing any of my real estate assets at the current low rates and high property valuations.
