If you decide that you want to manage your own property there's definitely a platform out there that can help you to bring a certain level of automation to this process.

YES lots of competition in Big Bear over 6k properties listed and to self-manage and make money you have to be really, really good ... there is a reason why platforms have algorithms to show only 'top' homes.

There's a lot of REAL Estate educational platforms out there promising to show you how to invest in real estate or flip houses, so why is it out of the hundreds of people that sign up for these seminars, these educational platforms, these personal coaching sessions, etc.
