Is there anyone in here that rents out rooms in their current primary residence using cozy or any other platform or any other method?

I had a similar siutation in one of my rentals I used cozy now rentredi. I have a coupon code for it if needed but I set it up like a multifamily where each room was a unit and they had a designated amount. All the tenants knew eachother so I let them know if one was late they was all late and they handled all utilities but I handled maintannce for normal wear/tear items. If you are going to pay utilities make sure you charge enough for cold winters/hot summers.
