How Do You Use Social Media?

Hey guys,

I am a new investor and I only have one SF unit right now that I will be renting out. I am really fired up to get more properties and I want to utilize every tool at my disposal. I know at this time, we basically need to have a social media presence if you have any kind of business. I am notoriously terrible at really using these platforms to benefit my business. I wanted to know how you all are using the various social media platforms to network, and grow, your real estate investment businesses.

- What kind of content do you post?

- How often do you post?

- Who do you follow/who follows you?

- What are some of your favorite strategies?
