Currently have one with Wells Fargo bank, I like it because it easy to use and make payments on the mobile app.

@David Denzy the important item here is not the physical work that would need to be done to switch from park model to mobile home, but whether the zoning for the property will even allow it. 

I suspect this new found mobility is happening in other parts of the country as well.  

Do not for a second believe that you can't finance a property unless it's a mobile home on a movable foundation....and even then it's just about finding the right bank. 

We are trying to find a lender that will loan on a property with a home and mobile home.

Then we turned the attic fan off, intermittent same problem.We changed the co detectors out and gave the tenants mobiles ones as well, to locate areas and levels if it were to go off.
