Can you extend pads to fit longer homes?

Hey guys,

Thinking about buying a park that was built in the year 1940 and has 10 empty lots that are developed for a park model sized home. If there is enough space behind the pad to pour more concrete and extend, can I do that?

Is this common? What are the considerations for doing such a thing?

Check w city on setbacks

Check w Ohio mh commission on extending pads. They may make you bring up pads to current standards

Check w Ohio manufactured housing association to see if they’ve seen this done before and what steps to take

Assuming this is Ohio. If not do the same steps in the state that it’s in.
