Rental Inspections "COVID 19" Style
Hello, we have 32 mobile homes rented and require quarterly inspections. With COVID going on, some renters don't like people entering the home. We do have 2 renters on oxygen and we completely understand the worry. Its in the lease agreement for these inspections, but we also don't want them to feel unconfutable or put them at risk. What do you all think about doing a Virtual inspection on a video call?
Thanks, Seth

@Seth Vanorsdale Since tenants might feel uncomfortable with inspections during COVID, I suggest skipping any that you may have planned for 2020. I do like your idea of video inspections, but I feel like you're not going to get the most clear picture of your rental and it can be quite easy for your tenants to hide things if they need to.
