OK I know that the name of a business does not have any impact on any success of the business and its minor in the grand scheme of things.

Ok, so my husband and I lent a couple grand to someone for some of the closing cost on a house.

Springfield has won the job growth battle on multiple fronts, the biggest probably being the MGM Grand currently under construction downtown.  

I guess I'm a little frustrated because its my first wholesale deal and if it was a grand slam like $10-$15k I might consider it but I just think that its not like her property is going to be tied up for a long period of time. 30 days.

Hey all, I'm looking for a recommendation on general contractors in Grand Rapids and/or Grand Haven.

We took a loss, but only a few grand (not counting 15 months of lost interest).I later found out this city (Englewood, CO) and others around have a program where inspectors poke around when a newly rehabbed property goes on the market, specifically looking for unpermitted work. 

The hybrid tank cost almost a couple grand more but it was more than offset by the rebate.

I invest myself here, and if you decide to visit, I'd be happy to give you the grand tour! 

It maybe best to cut your loses unless you spend a couple of grand on them.  

This usually turns into an additional hundred grand or more (depending on the number of units) spent on the initial purchase price but then it allows rent increases that offer a much better return.
