Grants / loans / rebates

Does anyone have any information on any quality grants, loans, or rebates available to real estate owners, investors, or builders ? I know that there are some building / Reno funds available for those renting to low income tenants. Perhaps we can get a summary here to help shed light on options available. To get the ball rolling I came across a rebate for $5k for building in Nova Scotia if built with electric heat. I just finished a duplex and because it is technically two units I actually qualified to get $10k. I had to bump up the insulation rating (minimal) in the ceiling and install a hybrid hot water tank along with a heat pump. The hybrid tank cost almost a couple grand more but it was more than offset by the rebate. What other info is floating around in the forum?
