Unfortunately, when it comes to the type of policy you have, wording can be the difference between being mostly covered for loss…or being denied for your entire claim.

I'm hesitant to bring this up for fear that it will be abused, but curiosity has gotten the better of me ... there is a misconception that in a foreclosure the property owner loses all their equity.

Be careful with this as sometimes you'll find where someone was accused of a crime but never convicted - you could get yourself in hot water denying them for something it turns out they never actually did.

I ended up renting it out after denying two applications and now have about $250/mo coming in after the mortgage and HOA fees.It's tougher when you're not living close by, which gives you a few other options.  

Or do you make an offer based on what you know, and still have the ability to deny it, if Title/Collateral/Assignments are not in order?

Will the VA look at me suspiciously or deny my loan application if they see I have only lived at my previous home for a few months?

I feel like that can't be the case that I, the current owner of the house, can't deny someone access.

However, I denied him, because I don't feel secure to rent the house to him after all the threats he told me.I have two questions in this situation hope someone can help me clarify.  1) Do i have the right to keep his deposit money in this case?
